Elizabeth Kasmer – Writer

Elizabeth Kasmer is a writer of children’s and young adult fiction.

In 2015 she won the Queensland Literary Awards – Emerging Queensland Writer – Manuscript Award.

Elizabeth wanted a website that would engage both adults and children, and act as a showcase and introduction for her work.

Her friend, artist Lorena Carrington, generously gave her permission to use her artwork as a feature of the site, which posed some interesting challenges in respecting both the art and the content simultaneously.

In 2015 the site was rebuilt using the Avada theme as this provided greater scope for integrating the beautiful artwork.
